The best depressing and sad songs
music is the food of the heart, music brings joy and can heal a broken heart.
Music is one of the best way to let go of depression, music is one of the way of healing a broken heart.
When it comes to sad music it's totally different for me I feel revived and alive once again after letting go of the pain I feel inside.
Sad music actually reminds you of your bad situation and gives you relief and inner intensity .
Whenever I feel numb or think the pain is becoming overwhelming for me I'd listen to sad music, finally got relieved and feel better.
There are some songs you will listen to ,you will be alive again.
There are some songs that will make you cry when listened to them.these songs are paroxysm in nature, it will bring tears to your eyes, it will remind you of who you are.
Here are my selections these songs are so paroxysmal, it's so emotional and really sad.

Very sad song, talks about a boy whom his mother died at his young age. NF talked how he wanted his mum to be here for him at his graduation day, how his mum will not be there when he grows up and have children how he want his mum not the picture of his mum,how he misses his mum he said music is the only place he do speak to his mum.
2. Last letter by Witt Lowry
Lowry wrote a letter to his late father who left them unexpectedly, he couldn't bear the pain of losing his dad who have always supported him and stood by him. All he feels is pain and he hates the way he remembers his dad, so he wrote last letter to his dad.
3.million years ago by Adele
This is one of my favourite song by Adele. She talks about life how life used to be fun,when life was a party and she went ahead and said that was a million years ago. She said she knows she's not the only one who have regret the things she has done but it feels she's the only one, she misses her mum, her friends and how life used to be.
4. Baby don't cut by bmike
Bmike talks about a teenager girl who has depression and think cutting is the only way out. The boyfriend tried to show her love and care but she broke her promise when she cut so much and lost a lot of blood, his boyfriend cried and said baby I thought you made a promise you won't cut again.
5. Life in the stomach by bmike
Bmike talks about a girl whom her friends deceived , she went out with her friends got drunk, made out with a guy got pregnant and was ready to keep the baby but the baby dad said he hates a child , pull her by the hair kicked her over and over again until she starts bleeding.

Talks about life itself, bad people he gave up his breath so they can live , he gave away his money for them, offered his shoulder upon for them to cry on and offered his bed and shelter for them, he gave all his energy and took away their pain only for them to leave him when he needed them.

Talks about a girl who did everything for her boyfriend only to be treated as trash in return. She gave up her whole life,her carrier so that her boyfriend will achieve his ,she was royal, she was a fool for love.

Talks about someone dear to him who died.actually this song is dedicated to his late mum who he reffered as an Angel in shape of his mum . and he talked about all the good memories they made together, the photo abulm, this song is so amazing .
9. Happier by ed sheeran
Talks about his girlfriend he saw in another man's arm, his friends told him one day he will feel it too but he still love his girlfriend and he's happier with her.he knows he doesn't deserver her but he's still in love with her
10. Grenade by bruno mars
Talks about sacrifice only to be let down.
He did everything for his girlfriend , took all the pain only to be tossed as a trash.
